Friendly staff, helpful with advice and tips. Comfortable room with good amenities. Great location near tourist attractions but not too busy. Highly recommended.

The riad Dar Beldia is a great place to be in Marrakech. It’s very quiet as you are not directly in the main center of the medina but you will reach the most important places within a 10-minutes-walk. The manager Simo and his colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to - well furnished and clean rooms with air condition (a big plus when you have over 40 degrees outside) - a small pool inside to cool down and a really nice roof terrace to relax after a tiring day in the hot city - a nice sweet breakfast to start into the day We would recommend this riad without restrictions of any kind.

The staff at Riad Dar Beldia could not be more friendly and helpful; they speak good English and are happy to help you to get the most from your stay. Breakfast was superb, served in the sunshine on the roof terrace.
The location is very hard to find initially (but Yusef the owner will come out to meet you if you are lost!). Only other downside was the shower, which was very temperamental - either freezing cold or boiling hot

Clean and well-decorated. Insulated from outside noise.- Convenient location.
Overpriced for what you get. Booked a tour through the hotel and had a dangerous and unsafe experience in the Atlas mountains.

Everything went perfect until it was time to leave. We had asked the hotel manager to arrange a taxi pick-up for the airport. My friend specifically told him to ensure it was a "metered" taxi. When it came time to leave the hotel manager said that we pay "him" for the taxi and that it was 20 euros! (almost $30 instead of the $7-8 we expected). When we told him no, he said "but the taxi is here", when we said no again and started to walk off, he said something to the driver and then told us, "ok, you pay the driver 100 mads ($12.50). Unfortunately this ruined an otherwise wonderful experience w/the Riad. I had already told this guy that I was going to write a good review, and he scams us on the taxi.

Well-maintained and beautifully decorated place, we did not want to leave.
Many things to mention - everything was clean, tasty food, fantastic views. The double room was air conditioned and great-sized. The local staff were competent and knowledgeable. The service was very good and the pool was clean. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, at a short distance from a palm-fringed square. It was also close to the desert and all the attractions.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very cozy beds. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The location was great, close to the main attractions and easily accessible. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of fresh and traditional Moroccan dishes.
The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked natural light, making them feel a bit stuffy. The pool was more of a decorative feature and not suitable for swimming.

We would highly recommend this riad! Shortly after making the booking we received an email from Mohammed (Simo) offering if we needed transfer from airport to riad and if we wanted to order any dinner at the riad. We took up both his offers which we do not regret for a second! Transfer was very helpful as it is not easy to find places in Marrakech & dinner was outstanding...fresh & home made...yummy! Simo & Shahin are 2 amazing people! They are very helpful and made our stay very plesant. Previous reviews about Simo trying to sell you things and adding extra tax onto your bill is rubbish! We checked out with ease. The riad itself is very clean and well looked after. The location is very good about 10 mins walk to Jamaa El Fna Square away from all the noise. Room was clean, good sized and comfortable. Would defo go back again! (Mohammed & Andrea)

Traditional, clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and willing to help - Simon, thank you again! The room was small but practical, with a small LCD TV, A/C and bathroom. Wi-Fi is free and worked ok, at least from our room. Breakfast consisted of local pancakes, local bread, butter, jam, croissant, yogurt and hot tea/coffee, quite plenty for us. There are some small stores about 5 min on the main street, where you can get bottled water and other snacks. And a lot of street vendors with fresh fruits. The main square is at about 15-20 min walk. Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs and Badii Palace are at about 10 min away by foot. The staff can guide you to different locations, make reservations for a nice hamman or arrange excursions.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions Marrakesh has to offer. The hotel staff were really nice and service-minded. They were always there to help with any request I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were great. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The spa and wellness center was a nice addition, and I enjoyed the massage and other treatments offered. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. I highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

A central location, right next to a mosque and a Royal palace. Quite close to the airport, 10 km, perfect for an early flight. Impeccably clean room with an outdoor bathroom. Great food, friendly service...
Hostile staff!

This Riad not only features beautifully decorated rooms a comfortable shower in a conveniently located spot in the Medina where it is not noisy at all, the director and his staff (who speak english and french) will go out of their way to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Whatever my wish: a good guide, renting a car at a reasonable price for the weekend, arranging a last minute booking at a reputable hammam, the staff pride themselves in ensuring their guests have a great time. We were two you women travelling alone and will co,e back to this Riad in the future.
There was absolutely nothing that wasn`t perfect at this wonderful Riad.

If you are planning to spend a few days in Marrakesh - then you must choose this hotel ! ! ! These guys are the best ! ! ! The hotel itself is top notch ! Karim, and Simo are just simply too nice ! Cannot imagine how sweet they are ! The breakfast at the roof top is amazing, with a view of the Atlas Mountains in the back. Just ridiculously beautiful. You can read in previous reviews about this place, is an asylum place from the city. Well that is true ! If you feel the craziness of the city is a bit too much - just go back to this Riad. Once you close the door behind you, everything stops. Especially if you go to roof top !That vibe worth every penny of it - trust me ! I can highly recommend it to every one of you out there !

I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakesh. The value for money was superb and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square, and the staff treated us like royalty with their exceptional hospitality and helpful recommendations.
Breakfast delights, but could have had more fruit options.
